This app is not user friendly.. There is no option to cancel orders. On the app if an item is out of stock it turns Grey and you can't click it. Which is good. But when I place my order. Half my items are taken off without any notification. And the support desk is useless. Been waiting forever to talk to someone. Useless.

The worst shopping app ever,1st time user and i must say i will be deleting this app,firstly i ordered 20 items and i have been waiting for delivery its been over an hour,then i get called to say 2 of the items are out of stock,i then say its okay,just when it says delivery at 20 past only for me to go out at 20 past and find that delivery has changed to 15 minutes later now i must wait here...Am so annoyed i hope i will get my refund for the unavailable items ASAP

This app has many technical problems. One time,I ordered and they deducted money from my account,then 2minutes later my order was cancelled, without my concern(I had to call the help line to receive my things). Today I have been trying to order but the app keeps on crashing over and over again,I cleared cache and data but still it doesn't work,I uninstalled it and downloaded it again but still it doesn't work.
