About this app

Geo++ RINEX Logger uses the most recent Android API services to log your device's raw GNSS measurement data into a RINEX file including pseudoranges, accumulated delta ranges, doppler frequencies and noise values. So far, it supports GPS/GLONASS/GALILEO/BDS/QZSS for L1/L5/E1B/E1C/E5A (as supported by the device) and has been successfully tested on many devices.

So far, we were able to achieve fixes for L1/L5 in a zero baseline setup.

The Geo++ RINEX Logger generates file names according to the current hour and date of year and will append data if the file already exists. If you wish to log separate files within the same hour, please move or rename the most recent file first before you start the next session. The files are stored in the "Geopp_RINEX_Logger" directory inside the root directory of your internal storage.

Hi, so after the updated version was released yesterday, it says that the files are mow stored in the internal storage, I used Samsung s8 to collect the data. But now whenever I am trying to open the file from my internal storage, it says the app to open the data file is not in my phone and to search for it in Play store. May I please know which app I need to download for my files to open from the internal storage.

Looking forward to testing. Would be good to have a bit more technical info on the monitor display. Another comment suggests its not possible to log static, I'm not sure i agree with this, and i think it should produce most accurate results on L1. On Samsung enable developer options..... Force full GNSS measurements Track all GNSS constellations and frequencies with no duty cycling.

This msg it's to everyone. This app is great BUT, pls note that's not helpful for the static mode if you are using the internal receiver of your mobiles! It's necessary to connect your mobiles to an external L1/ L2 receiver and record the data for at least 15 min. Pls note that until yet there is no any mobile in the world that has an L1/ L2 gnss internal receiver.
