The app doesn't work half the time and the device keeps glitching. It is a pain to map the house and set up rooms and this keeps getting deleted automatically, to add to it even with the map it doesn't clean all areas marked and stops randomly. Also customer service in India is pathetic for this, tried to get their help for a month before giving up, where the kept telling me to try the same thing repeatedly on call, instead of fixing or replacing. Not worth it, go for any other brand.

I have been happily using my conga for a year but after the latest updated have been unable to do so! The map disappeared, and even when it was there the conga didn't follow the schedules nor map pattern. It's not a cheap machine so please fix this issue! It's been several months and I am unable to use the machine via the app nor the remote...it switches on and does what ever it wants, mainly going round in circles. Very disappointed! 😔

After last update the app became not useful. Unstable, disappearing maps. Doesn't recognize login (sometimes). Very disappointed with that bugged software. Hardware works fine but the software is really to be rewritten. I'm using Conga 4090 and 5090. Both same problems. Support... doesn't help for fixing. I hope in a major upgrade!!!
