I've had issues connecting for about 3 months now. Whenever I try and do a card payment it gets stuck on initializing transaction. It's embarrassing and I've lost a lot of sales. I've emailed customer care and got no response. I'm so disappointed 😔

Simple and plain. Works as expected, took 2 day's for payments to reflect in our FNB acc. App has limitations if you use the app only and did not buy there pos terminal device. Customer support is good and they reply within an hour. But not very friendly. expect very short off reply without even greeting as seen with our one employee interacting with them these past 2 day's.

I think I am qualified to give an honest review as I have been a loyal client since 2018. Ikokha was good and helpful at first. Now It is too big for its clients. Full of the most cold and unwelcoming consultants. No value and respect for the client. Even the 1 star is because there is no option for 0
