Too basic in today's app world. The automatic transfer works when it wants to when I eject the strip. Most of the time I have to close the app and reopen for it to transfer. The log of all readings is difficult to find. I have to open the log, set the calendar for many months back, then open a reading on the log, and hit the back arrow, repeating multiple times to get all of the readings listed. There is no way to export or print readings. The app does not integrate with other apps.

My BluLink meter and app often cannot find each other to sync data when I am testing glucose. I have tried unpairing and re-pairing the device with no additional success. I do not like that I cannot keep track of other vitals (weight, blood pressure, or meals) like I can with other health apps. I was very disappointed when the device was not compatible with the MySugr app, which was my app of choice for managing my diabetes. It does not even sync or share data with Google Fit or Fit Bit.

Kind of cumbersome to set up, but I am 68 and not phone savvy so I have to give them some slack. I did discover that there is a sequence for syncing the data: 1. Take the blood sample with the device 2. Eject the test strip 3. Then open the Blulink app. The app will then automatically connect and upload the data.
