Update: App issues were fixed, and the product works great now. Love them! App keeps crashing 1 day after install. Frustrating, I was really hoping this would work to schedule the opening and closing of tough to access shades. Reading other reviews, this may be an android issue (I have android 15 on Samsung phone). If i don't hear back from customer service, I will have to send these back unfortunately.

DON'T BUY. Pretty dissatisfied. After a short while the inside part that turns the chain gets taunt and they will offer you to send a new one for free but must pay shipping. The app doesn't work properly. It goes over the set limit, or disconnects from the app and needs to be reset and re installed. For the Mount of money, it's not worth the pain.

App rarely works to control Shades. It frequently looses connection even after refreshing multiple times and there is no troubleshooting or support to fix it. This was so not worth the heafty price tag.
