About this app

The TaxiBus complements the regular scheduled services offered by Rhein-Sieg-Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH (RSVG) on routes and times that are not used frequently. Please note that a pre-order is mandatory. This can be done using this app. The TaxiBus runs on the route if necessary and serves the regular stops. The possible TaxiBus journeys are marked in the timetables with a black telephone receiver.

Once you have selected your desired journey, consisting of the date, start and destination and the desired departure time, a one-time registration is necessary. For subsequent orders, the registered user name and password are requested in the log-in area. In the booking mask, please indicate the number of passengers as well as the type of ticket available or still to be purchased. If you are traveling with a stroller or larger pieces of luggage, please select this when ordering in the Service field. The booking confirmation is sent by email. In the system, you can also cancel the order up to 60 minutes before departure.

The following steps are necessary to order:
1. Indication of start and destination
2. Indication of travel date
3. One-time registration
The next time you place an order, you will be asked to log in to your registered username and password.
1. Number of passengers
2. Indication of the present ticket
3. If necessary, specify additional items of luggage under Service
 You will receive a booking confirmation by email
Note: The trip can be canceled in the portal up to 60 minutes before the booked trip.
