AHAM extends the approval of tasks to mobile devices, enabling easier and faster approval processing. By allowing the authorized staff members to verify and approve transactions anytime, anywhere from their mobile devices, AHAM eliminates delays and lags in business processes and improves productivity.
The app keeps track of all your tasks and lets you approve or reject the requests instantly from your phone. With AHAM, you can work from anywhere; all the information you need is there on your phone. The requests are queued under Group Tasks to enable one or more authorized users to process them. You can choose to approve a request immediately or move it to the My Tasks queue and process it later. And, if for any reason, you are unable to process the request, then you can move it back to the Group Tasks queue.
