About this app

Pocketlord is our mobile interface to Faciliate, here you can work with work orders connected to customer service units within your organization.

Basically, the application does the same as Pocketlord Work Order, but is more aimed at work that is connected to customer service, including handling of orders.

When the application starts, a configuration code is requested, which you will receive through the Faciliate responsible contact you have within your organization.

ATTENTION!
You can only use this application if you already have an operating environment prepared for our mobile solution together with the real estate system Faciliate. This means that you must have an installation of the property system Faciliate set up within the organization, together with our web solution that is used for the communication between app and server.
