Ride through the city quickly and whenever you want with the felyx e-moped sharing app. Open the app, search, reserve and activate the nearest shared e-moped, and off you go!

felyx e-moped sharing is now available in Amsterdam, Brussels, Breda, Den Bosch, Den Haag, Enschede, Groningen, Haarlem, Hilversum, Nijmegen, Rotterdam, Tilburg and Zwolle.

Now as a felyx user, you can use the Cooltra service in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Paris, Milan, Rome, Turin and Lisbon as well as the shared e-bike service in Barcelona and Turin.

🆓€15 Free : Invite your friends to use felyx and receive €15 free for your next rides. You'll get a €3 discount on each of your next 5 rides just by sharing your personal code. To both enjoy this benefit, the person you invited must also take a ride on our e-mopeds, before you receive the same reward. You have 30 days to use it.
🅿️Pausing mode : Do you want to keep your current e-moped while you stop for a while? Use the pause mode in the app at a reduced price.
🔋Battery status : Know the amount of battery charge of each vehicle, in the app, before you book it.

1. Register in minutes 📱 Easily register in the app. Add your documentation and your payment information and you're ready to ride.
2. Spot & rent 🔍 Find the closest felyx e-moped in the app and book it with only one click
3. Start & off you go! 🚀 Start the moped in the app and drive everywhere quickly and easily. We make sure batteries are full and maintenance is taken care of.
4. Park & go 🅿️ Arrived? Park the e-moped in the service area, according to the local parking rules, and end the rental in the app. No hassle with payment, riding minutes are automatically debited.

How much does felyx cost?
You can check our updated prices before your ride on our app. Do you want to park the e-moped for a while, but keep it for a later use? Use the pausing mode.

Do I need a driver's license?
To book an e-moped, you do need a Class B, A, or AM license. To use e-bikes, you don't need a driver's license. Additionally, you can complete the registration without including your driver's license and add it later.

Can I drive and park outside a service area?
You can drive the felyx e-moped outside the light areas in the app's map. However, activating and ending the rental is only possible within those the areas. It is possible to use the pause mode outside the service area. The service area for a given city can be found on the map in the app. Make sure you park the e-moped properly: don't block the footpath for pedestrians, wheelchairs and prams.

Scammers. I received an email with a promotion code for 50% off for a period of 10 days from the moment of receipt. The code didn't work as suggested and instead showed an old expiry date. I tried communicating with their buggy chat multiple times, with no success (I've only managed to get 1 ride with the discount). Per their recommendation on the chat, I've contacted them by email, and they didn't even bother to answer so far.

Payment issues payment issues payment issues. Customer service who can't do anything. Getting logged out mid-ride. Sepa not working and always payment reminders and needing to transfer manually, only from Felyx. Needed to add again new payment method which was set up yesterday after 2/3 attempts.. Now not working today. Need to set it up again despite the 1ct being deducted yesterday. Canceling my account as this is just causing work to use the service. Amateurs!

Last app update made the UI/UX horrible. Not user friendly at all, complete departure from extant style and experience looking like the application was hijacked by hackers, and ugly to boot.
