Ratings and reviews

The amt of space is great but there's just not enough flexibility. Why wouldn't I just use Samsung or Google's service? I mean, they're usually already baked into the device anyway. There needs to be more flexibility as well, for example like with Google Drive or One Drive; i have the ability to upload whatever i want. Plus, ATT cloud is like an all or nothing deal (u can turn on photos, but it's gonna back up ALL you're photos) u don't even have the ability to choose which items u wana back up!

failed to backup and restore contacts migrating to new phone. This was a minimal requirement. I will NOT access contacts only from the cloud.

Not sure. I'm still trying to set things up. Store rep never helped me or did anything as far as helping or explaining set up with the phone after activation.
