The app adds video chat capability to the Visual Service remote mentoring tech app and desktop service manager apps. Users can choose between two modes.
1) Install the app side by side on the same device as the Visual Service Tech App, and add a picture in picture video chat to your live HVAC service visit sessions.
2) Installing the app on compatible smart helmet devices allows a hands-free video chat integration with head office whilst using the Tech App on your mobile device.
