Birla PMS is a mobile app for subcontractors to raise invoices against the Purchase Orders assigned to them. A subcontractor can select all the completed activites within an invoice and can attach a image/pdf document of the invoice. Invoice flows to supervisor and goes into ‘Under Approval’ Invoices bucket. Once it is approved by Supervisor, Branch Manager, HO and Finance, then it flows to ‘Approved’ Invoices. When an invoice is rejected by Supervisor, Branch Manager, HO and Finance, then subcontractor has to re-raise an invoice.
