This enterprise-grade mobile application is purpose-built for internal corporate use, enabling businesses to manage their vending machine networks efficiently across multiple companies. Designed with strict data compartmentalization, the app supports multi-tenant architecture, requiring users to log in with a username, password, and a unique company code. This ensures complete data isolation, where each company’s employees can access and operate only within their organization’s vending ecosystem.

Authentication and Multi-Tenant Data Segregation:
- Secure login process includes three mandatory credentials: username, password, and a company-specific code.
- Each company is assigned an exclusive code to segment all application data and functionality, eliminating cross-company visibility risks.
- User interface and accessible functions are dynamically tailored based on the user’s company role and authorization level.

Vending Machine Status Monitoring:
- Real-time monitoring of machine conditions: touch screen failures, fall sensor malfunctions, hardware disconnection, and system errors.
- Fault indicators are clearly presented in the app dashboard for quick identification and resolution by maintenance teams.
- Individual vending machine modules (spring trays, compartments) are displayed with their status to enable precise issue tracking.

Inventory and Hardware Configuration Management:
- Live inventory overview per machine, including current stock counts and last restock timestamps.
- Enables input/output tracking of goods for every vending machine, recording item additions, removals, and product slot changes.
- Users can perform hardware configurations directly within the app: separate compartments, reassign or remove spring trays, and adjust item mapping per slot.

Error Reporting and Restock Logging:
- Users can submit detailed error reports directly from the app, including hardware failures, product jams, or low stock alerts.
- All reports are timestamped and linked to the submitting user and specific machine, maintaining accountability and traceability.
- Restocking reports allow operators to log replenishment actions, with time, status before and after, and confirmation of completion.
- Reporting visibility is strictly limited to the user’s own company; no cross-company data is displayed or accessible.

Distribution and App Store Compliance:
- This app is distributed via Unlisted mode on App Store Connect and is strictly intended for private, internal use by enterprise clients.
- It is not available publicly and is not designed for general App Store distribution.
- All features and user flows are built in full alignment with Apple’s internal-use policy guidelines, focusing solely on business-to-business operations without any consumer engagement functions.
