HIREst is a mobile-based recruitment application where users can search and apply for job openings.
The recruiters can post job details in the same application and seek applicants.
The app is quite beneficial for both applicants and recruiters. It links job seekers with recruiters directly by eliminating the need for an intermediary and vice versa making the recruitment process faster and smoother.
The application comprises the following major users. Candidate and Recruiter.
Candidates:-
- Can sign in using their email address and password.
- If they have forgotten their password, they can reset it.
- See a list of jobs.
- Apply to the jobs they like. Candidates can apply for multiple jobs.
- See a list of jobs they have applied for.
Recruiters:-
- Can sign in using their email address and password.
- If they have forgotten their password, they can reset it.
- Post a job, with the following fields - Job Title and Job Description.
- See a list of applicants who have applied to the jobs posted previously.
- Request to the candidate in which profile they are interested.
