Won't let me log into my account. Whether I try to re-register or reset my password, I get stuck in a loop of entering the one time code, and then not being able to log in again. Went to an Optus store and they had no idea what was wrong. When I logged into their desktop in the store, all of my information was there. It's not even just the app that isn't working, it's also my phone's browser and the desktop version as well. My phone is up to date and the app is up to date. Horrible, 0 stars.

The app is fine, but Optus recently has been terrible. apart of the 000 fiasco (emergency calls) when I had a service with them, the phone would just lose all internet. Not only mobile data didn't work, even wifi didn't work. I changed to a different provider and never had the problem again. I can't believe that Optus was stopping even my wifi connection, no matter if I was at home or work or even public WiFi.

the only reason I have made this decision is the symbol fact that when I first got the phone and I tried to get online and hook it up I kept getting stuck at the auto recharge bit and it frustrated me to the point that I had to ring somebody up and do it all over phone when it could have taken less time on the net I believe that needs to be fixed
