I see a lot of bad reviews here, but for me Luno has been working as expected and is a very used friendly app. Depositing ZAR takes about 2 working days, wish this could be faster. Other than that I have no complaints. One suggestion I have is that you create a live widget that I can place on my home screen to quickly see the bitcoin cost. Thus will be very helpful. Now I constantly have to open the app to see the price.
App seems fine but you need to document help in better way such as videos because exchange part is really confusing as to how it works. It should have been simplified. You should record videos to show how it works and what each component means or improve the help section. Help section is helpful for basic understanding but not to use the exchange in the app. So annoying
Very Transparent bitcoin investment app. It does what it says it can do. I first bought R20 worth of bitcoin to test the deposit and withdrawl process. The money did reflect back in my bank account within in the 2 business days, as stated by Luno. I then began investing with larger amounts yesterday and have already started making returns (this is my first time investing.) highly pleased with this bitcoin exchange. It seems as if most of the negative reviews are from people who did not read the terms and conditions properly. Understand what Luno is before using it.

I have an existing account, but I tried to reset my password and I haven't done so yet, it asks for a new password and a " two-factor authentication code" what is this? I tried to sign out from luno just to test the versatility of the app. As soon as I tried to sign back in using the same email address, an error message came out saying "too many requests: too many requests, try again later". This has been like this for more than 1 hour and I started to be paranoid about the reliability of this app. Please contact me ASAP and let me know how to make this works and avoid such a same problem in the future
My deposit still not reflected in my account It has been more than 5days. Ticket number#210333. Sending you guys afew emails.. sadly just 1 riply...what in the hell that you guys doing... its RM200 not a small amount..if this happen to our deposit..than what about our withdraw in the future come?
