Hello Zole, I’m reaching out again regarding an urgent issue with my account. When it works, it works. Though I'm not impressed with the many downtimes experienced while using the app whenever I need it urgently.

It used to work well initially, but recently, the experience has been terrible. I can transfer funds to my CAD wallet, but I'm unable to send them to my Naira account. Their customer service is extremely poor. The only way to reach them is through email, and they take an unreasonably long time to respond or resolve any issues.
