On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.

USELESS!!! I usually never review apps but had to say something about this one. Not only does app request access to everything on your phone before it will even start... I tried to deny access and app would not work... after granting access I was unable to register a user ID. How poorly developed and tested does an app have to be for it to be released with huge issues like this? Unfortunately zero stars does not seem to be an option!!!

It is a bit clunky. Also it did not allow me update the tip for my driver. When pre-booked it does not give a confirmation screen, plus has a strange default pickup location that was hard to correct.

Prebooked a ride. The booking showed in "Your Rides" page has the correct 8am time that I entered when booking, but once I clicked on the booking to see details, the scheduled time showed up as 4am.... To make sure the schedule time in the system is correct, I had to call customer service to confirm (their system has 8am, so all good). This defeats the convenience of using an App and costs me more time than simply booking by phone call.
