Good interface but too unreliable. I like that local products are also listed. Too many times the amendment option fails leaving you with an incomplete order. If you cancel and rebook you lose your slot. ASDA know about the issue but don't tell you, meaning you waste time making repeat attempts to check out amendments. This has happened a few times recently. The phone team are unable to do anything about your order. Either accept amendments or don't but don't play customers.

Horrendous app, clunky, and it is difficult to add some items (as if the button isn't really there). Try searching for some common items and get no results. Today, I've tried to give Asda my money and custom about 20 attempts, and payments just don't work. Added and removed two cards on the app and website, but still didn't work. some known issue, apparently. Asda really needs to sort it out (and refund part of my annual delivery pass!)

New review, same number of stars. Following the major update a month or so ago the app is still terrible and always crashing. The two positives it was supposed to do (only take money after shopping delivered and provide map of where driver is) DO NOT WORK. Edit: a month later, still absolutely awful. Borderline unusable. Have shopped with ASDA for over 20 years, but will be looking elsewhere if it doesn't improve soon. Delivery on 10/10/25. Turned up when the app said it wasn't even on the way.
