Ratings and reviews

This is the worst app ive used in 10 years. It tells me bare bones of what any other bank can reference and it is slow and clunky to use. So far i have enjoyed using the bank but in talking with my partner, it really looks like we both agree we need more transparency with our accounts and the way we use accounts in the 21st century is far more Fluid. The app does not filter preferences well, it does not track things well, it fails to run sometimes and overall feels like a Beta version of a 2010

Basically a web interface, this does not look or feel like an app and is cumbersome to use. Other banks are light years ahead on their uaer friendly design.

terrible app ,when I do online banking I don't want to have to ring customer service and support or have to visit my local branch to get things done . This app needs a total make over.
