Ratings and reviews

Cannot place orders with saved payment info - I either have to enter in my credit card every or use the desktop website. It brings me all the way to "Your order is confirmed, heres the order number and we will email you" But I never get the email and calling the store they say they never got an order. Been like that for weeks. Also the "Offers" tab is broken; Nothing ever shows up there. Considering inside the APP is advertised the 'New Website' - I figure this app is dead - Uninstalling.

Never used to have problems till lately. Now it constantly crashes. When I try to checkout it goes through the whole thing then gives me a "Forter Token Required" error message. And it won't make the order. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled already too. It's hard for me to go into stores as I have 3 kids under 3. I rely on apps, and drive up pick up. This sucks, cause no where else close by carries my husband and I'm non-alcoholic beer and wine.

This is hands down the WORST app I have on my phone. The different tabs rarely load. If I'm LUCKY I can get my rewards to load once a month. I can only place an order from the app occasionally. The rewards codes always come back as invalid. I don't know who created this app but it has never been improved or updated since I originally downloaded it years ago and the same problems persist.
