Ratings and reviews

This app is not very good. It has separate tabs for group insurance and group retirement savings, but it will not keep me signed in to both. Every time I open the app I am met with frustration because of sign-in difficulties. Even the biometric sign-in feature somehow fails regularly.

Made me update the app now it won't work. I sign in and keep getting an error stating a technical error and to go to contact us to see how to reach technical support team. There's no option to reach technical support.

Says I need to update the app and continues to direct me to play store to do the update but then in play store just says "open" no "update" available to click. Tried deleting and re downloading the app with no success. Really hard to make claims or see status of claims when this is occurring since Mar. 9th update.
