firmware update straight out the box. I got the application to work correctly. Who ever created the app, needs to learn that it creates a hidden SQL database on the phone. I would be happy to help others to get the BT and app to work as it should.

No other cushions compare to the Ease. Before I started using the Ease cushion, at the end of the day my hips and bottom would ache and my spasms would be terrible. Now, I have no aches and pains at the end of the day and my spasms are minimal. The only minor complaint that I have is that I wish that the battery would last longer which I easily remedied with a small jumper pack (Noco brand) which I keep in my wheelchairs backpack. Thank you for the great cushion!!

Needs lots of improvement. The app crashes all the time, and battery life is never able to refresh. Rhe custom setting is not accurate. Have it set for every 3 minutes and it more like every minute. Chart has not worked since I have started using it.
