Excellent for building my credit rating after my ex trashed it. Aqua accepted me when no one else would. I'm disabled and unable to carry groceries to my home so get supermarket deliveries. Sadly I was having problems using my debit card ( all sorted ) and my Aqua card was my lifeline. Built up quite the balance mind you but have increased my monthly payments and intend to pay as much extra each month to sort that out. Cannot praise Aqua highly enough and would definitely recommend.

absolutely Terrible. takes ages to load and most of the time didn't work. I called and told to cancel my card as I was a making a payment on last day and app didn't load nor allowed me to log on. and I was trapped in late payment as well as interest. although they cancelled it but have to stay on the phone for 15 minutes

Awful experience so far. The balance owed is incorrect and seems to just make it up as it goes along and the payment system is incredibly slow which could confuse people into double payments. Other than that it's almost perfect.
