I applied to become a driver and not allowed because I own a dual cab Ute which rides as good as a car. Sent an email to support and still no reply, waste of time.
Avoid like the plague. Appalling customer service. Charged for a trip where the driver didn't pick me up, and have not been able to get support via email or even PayPal dispute. To GoCatch: You may get thousands of support emails, but if you're failing to address them adequately you need more staff and staff that read the feedback more carefully. Also, if you are going to send zendesk messages with links, make sure people can log in to zendesk to provide additional information. Make sure someone is checking the email associated with your PayPal account and PayPal disputes. My experience has been sufficiently bad initially and in follow up that I will be actively telling people to avoid your ghastly service in any conversation about rideshare services.
Ridiculous need a driver's license to sign up? You have no right to ask
Doesn't work. Can't order a car or a taxi.
Yeah. It's ok. But why does it need to access my contacts? Or my camera? Or make phone calls? Or send SMS? Seems way too intrusive for an app to hail a cab. Uninstalled.
Tried to apply but failed could not make it a simply application because this is filled with unwanted advertisements. In other words they are not looking after the driver but only interested in themselves
