1st of all. I don't want to give them a single raiting. They are just like invisible man after you purchase services. I want to confirm that to all peoples I had added money in this app after all verification and when goes to trasfer on my account then amount was transferred but that amount doesn't come in my account. I was waiting since 24 hrs. They are not even pickup calls and when I call the customer support the number was getting wrong or switch off. Uff it's discusting. I'm judge now see.

Hi team, When I am trying to login this app, otp not received for otp authentication many times. Again I am trying reinstall the application and enter Mob no., password and again not any otp received but as per app otp sent to my Mob. No. But not any otp received. Very bad experience.

I already have an account in the Dhani app since 2021. But now, when I try to open the app, it doesn't open at all and repeatedly asks for a password or OTP. When I enter the password, my account gets blocked, and I am also not receiving the OTP in my messages. Kindly address this issue at the earliest.
