It's a great app to use when you are trying to see exactly how many calories you are consuming, how many carbs, fats and proteins too. It's a very easy to use app and the scanner works quite well. Not only that but compared to other food calculators this one seems to have all the food information you would ever need. I highly recommend!
I am really enjoying this app. In a week's time I haven't found a food that it doesn't already have in its database and it saves information from nutrients as well as calories so you can meet your daily requirements. This makes tracking your intake easier than ever!
You never know how much you are really eating until you FAITHFULLY track everything you are stuffing into your mouth. This app does a great job with searches, menus bar code scanning (better than most apps in that department) and tracking those calories. I ponied up for the full version to take advantage of the full app, and am glad I did. Give it try, you will like it as well!
I'm surprised he easy it is to use and find so many foods, including local restaurants. I went in needing to lose weight but not particularly motivated to lose weight. But I wanted to know foods and times that might cause me to gain. The additional knowledge I gained caused me to get some motivation and start losing. Greatly exceeded expectations.
I used to absolutely love this app, but now I can't even add half of my food items! I'll find it in the list, click the check mark, and... nothing. The items never show up in my diary. I tried everything to figure it out and since I only use this app to track my diet and calories, it's just not worth it to keep it installed if I can't use it.
Calorie counter is good but accuracy for carb % is waaaay off. Something like plain greek yogurt which is 6% show up as a high carb food. I will continue to use but paying for the advanced options isnt worth it. In fact it doesnt even remove the adds :(
