I am extremely irritated the stupid app has told me twice now that 2 of my book has been shipped. And I have yet to see one. However they have charged me t h email money for them! I have tried 4 different times to contact someone but yet to have gotten a hold of a person to help me! I have checked my address in my account and it's correct. So now it is telling me I will have a 3rd book shipped yet in now three months of them getting my money I have not gotten any pictures!!!! A dam waist of money!!!!!
The quality of the pictures depends on the quality of your camera. Pictures look great using Samsung s7. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I've changed the name of my albums, which gets printed on the side of the books, and when I receive them it's gibberish instead of my label.
Keeps sending repeat books and photos. Also says my book is Full, but I haven't filled one. Can't get anyone to help or fix the issue.. Very disappointed in customer service. Quality of photos is poor as well.
Super easy to use, but it kept clearing out my credit card info. Every month when my groovebook would close, I had to re-enter my credit card info so it could be charged. This delayed my ship date. Tried logging out & re-installing the app, but nothing worked. Would give 5 stars if they could resolve this problem.
I don't like that I can't go to all my photos on my phone. It only let me go back so far.
I like the app, it's an affordable way to print photos every month, but the quality isn't great. Also, for some reason the app isn't showing all of the photos that are in my phone and I want to print them. If I can't fix this problem it will be useless to me. Otherwise it's great.
Now you can easily create and order additional Groovebooks before your next book arrives!
