Love the service, but the new app on my phone doesn't work. It seems when I click on a card it puts it in the cart (something partially appears at the bottom of the screen), but it must not be sized correctly on my phone because I can't access anything. The new wallet (or my card section) clips some of the cards as well (seems to mainly happen on those they might not have clipart for). I'll definitely be using the service, but sadly not on my phone.
New app update makes the redemption experience way easier than before. I can actually walk into Chipotle and scan the barcode now. Looks like there's been a complete overhaul and now I feel more confident that redeeming in store will actually work.
Customer service was horrible at best. Took 5 days to get a refund for a card that didn't work, and ultimately they refunded as an "exception" to their return policy. Read the fine print, because these guys will rip you off.
Discounts are good. Easy transactions. Cards show up to your account within 2 minutes. They have a lot, wish they had even more!
I am very happy with the costumer service I was have a problem with one gift card but they to take care of me and give me my refund very fast I love this app
Very quick at processing ecards. The app is well designed and easy to follow. The only constructive feedback I have is as of late I've found better deals with some of their competitors.
