11-15-17 app should display a 12 months rolling period of stars expirations not 9. Currently i only see up to july, the TOS state earn 12 consecutive months so i should see 12 consecutive months of my star explorations. 9-3-17 why do I need to see a years worth of previous orders. Y can I not clear the list? PURGE IT !!!!!! 10-26-16.... need to be able to delete my saved orders. I don't order the same thing all the time and the saved previous order is getting to big.
It's a good app to use because all of the content are within one location. However, at times with the new modifications to make the app better it failed a key component. Component to be competent in delivering the information accurately. This app modification lacks the ease of understanding how it works. The app before the changes were very easy to navigate without trying to figure out how to use it. Sometimes it indicates you have a message but then there's no message. Also, the understanding of how to better use the new star system. How many stars expiring? Or when is my deadline to use my stars before they expire? Or when I can redeem my rewards. Still needs work to get 5 stars.
The app is fine, but awhile back I loaded my card with $25. Well at least I was charged $25 and only had $18.50 to spend. It also wouldn't let me select any store near me, tell me that the nearest store was like 450km in the states. I emailed to try to resolve this and they never got back to me and still can not use my money
This is an amazing apps, I've had only a good experience with it. I do wish you could order ahead without paying and just pay when you arrive, but that aside it's a lovely experience. Plus the deals are *just* too good to pass up. All the bonus star promotions make earning free drinks very easy.
This app works great but I do have one little annoyance. The amount of money available does not update on the app quickly after a purchase. Sometimes it can take more than a day for my most recent purchase to reflect and show the accurate available balance. On a positive note, my stars usually update within 30 mins or less. Update: The problem I had has been resolved. Great app. Tried mobile ordering and foung it to be a pretty nice feature too.
Used to be great... now while STANDING in a Starbucks, it tells me that there are no stored nearby, that I have no money in my card (I have lots), and that I have no saved or ordered drinks. Only saving grace is that I was able to order in store with the bar code as my account has the money the app just doesn't see it.
