Useless app, especially after latest updates. No cab will turn up if you book through this app. When I called customer care number, they're saying customer is solely responsible for following up on app bookings. They don't get any info it seems. What a waste. Used to work perfectly in the past.

Very poor service. I scheduled a trip at 3:00AM. The driver said he won't be able to come because the distance was close by and asked me cancel the trip. I didn't cancel the trip as i thought the driver himself can do it. When i was busy with the further booking he repeatedly called me to tell me to cancel and the way he spoke me rude. When i called customer service, he was a great guy who stopped me as i started telling the story, was busy talking something else with someone on the other side.

Cheaters!!! Show different amount while booking and final bill amount will be more. Moreover, toll and parking charges needs to be paid extra. Without any surge charges, they charge more amount eventually. Even drivers don't behave properly. I will never use this taxi app and would recommend the same to others.
