I’ve had a very disappointing experience with the Telenor network. Despite having full signal strength and an active internet package the internet often does not work at all. This issue is especially noticeable with the 3-day hybrid package. Additionally even when the network signals appear full voice calls are extremely unreliable. Many times the other person’s voice cannot be heard properly during calls.

Telenor's services are very good, and the internet speed and coverage are impressive in many areas. However, in some locations the network performance suddenly drops or becomes very weak. Also, the rates are almost the same as other telecom companies. If the prices are reduced a bit and coverage gaps are improved, the overall experience would be much better.

A very user-friendly app. It has got a simple interface. It gives you about 200 mbs every day! No other app will give you this much data for free. Keep it up! But I am also having a little problem. Whenever I recharge and turn on the mobile data to visit the app to activate a package, my balance starts deducting rapidly. Please allow us to visit this app without deducting the balance. Take an example from My Zong App. You can visit it anytime without worrying about balance deduction.
