I have been using the myindihome application for a year when I first subscribed to internet services. very easy to use, especially when there are problems with the modem being damaged, filing a claim is easy and doesn't waste time waiting to contact the call center. it didn't take long, the technical fix was straight away. and the new features of payment now many choices, easy and safe.

I used to be a subscriber in IndiHome for 2 years and more, it's very complicated process to request something from them, and now I'm in another city I applied for new packet as there's no another option in my area but unfortunately registration was very complicated too, after many failed registrations they asked me to register with new email, phone number and new ID!! Why not new location also! That means installing for another person not me.. :(

The application seems like unfinished. It asks to complete my profile, but at the very end process it says the device isn't connected with the internet though it is definitely connected. It also asks to verify my id number almost everytime I want to redeem my point. Thanks to the customer service and the rest of the team who are willing to solve the problem asap. I hope the application could be more helpful in the future.
