Love the service, drivers are usually great. But this app is a disaster. From the minute I upgraded it to this latest build I knew it was off. UX is out the window, apparently to prioritize whatever it is Uber is trying to do with us - forced location settings, tracking post ride, whatever we will find out soon enough. It is extremely frustratong to navigate within this app. From a big cutting edge company like this, this design is inexcusable.
Worst app. Keeps taking my money by saying that I owe them from a ride from last month how the hell. I paid different different amounts for the same ride 5 times. When I raised concern to Uber help there was no reply as they had no excuses. Pathetic way of treating customer. Money is very important in any service and this is a serious fraud.
I loved Uber for years. But in the last 3 months their app has been malfunctioning, they raised their prices and it takes hours and some times days to get a response from customer service. A conversation can honestly take weeks. I'm sad I'm done with Uber. We had some good years, but this customer service is that bad!
One of your driver couldn't find pickup location in 20 mins even after giving too much directions, and you are charging me for cancelling ride. Another time it's found useless app as it couldn't establish payment method. And asking me for 60 rs.
Really democratised travel in the city in my opinion. Taxis aren't just for the few anymore. Drivers are always helpful and friendly and makes you feel safe. I hope you settle your disputes with TfL. I guess if you don't, we'll be getting Lyft everywhere... Lyft was also great when I used it in the US.
