I was over charged on my last trip. I wasn't told I would be charged 4x the fare. It was informed to me at the time of payment. And what's worse, I got zero response from the customer service inspite of registering my complaint 3 times. It's a shame they don't understand the value of customers. When I dropped this act of misinformation amongst my friends for clarifyication , only to hear that it's something UBER has been doing for a long time. Its an embarrassment to the brand. Take note. Thank you.
***Major glitch preventing my payments from going through. Uber Support wasn't much help. Kept replying with the same prompt like a robot. After a week, this damn thing finally took my payment using the same method I've had from the very beginning. Very frustrating! Happened on 3 occasions! And now it won't take my card at all! I'm using an alternative card that is connected to my same bank account. How absurd.
Very bad response from the drivers and uber the customer services. Drivers will stop the ride when and where they want and the customer services won't respond at all even if u complain for it. U would get fake offers from uber. Cashback would be promised but it won't come in ur paytm wallet! Hated the experience, really! Worst service ....Please try other cab services like ola, meru etc. This foreign company is just looting us when and how they want.
For some reason everytime I scheduled one it was never on time. The time not only was it late but I was charged double the regular fare. I looked at my receipt and was thinking like. It don't even cost that much in a taxi. And I still got to work late. And what's with the constant fare surge because of being busy. That is not right come on I'm sick of this if the service doesn't start to get better .I'm going back to catching a texi.
I guess uber has to understand how pooling works .. for 11 KMS it takes me close to 1 and half hour.. it's ridiculous and we are charged more.. please consider the pick up also matters not only the drop.. when u have so many cabs how can u have such a bad service.. moreover also think of fuel consumption.. come up with innovative ways to help pooling get better.. it's a humble request.. save our time too..
This app never takes u to customer care to share ur issue as they doesn't want to answer it.. There will be some ready answers (templates) u have it in Help tab. 99% of times it will show u due to high demand the rates are little increased. Almost u need to pay 200-250% extra. Simply they are robbing. The beggers, looters and cheaters u can say..
