I agree with the user below Ankit where Uber automatically changes the drop off location after accepting it. We then have the update the location again where in the fare changes which is normally double of the original. I had a issue but after a few email exchanges Uber was able to sort it out. I have a problem with family member getting a ride. Four different times I have contacted Uber by email. They tell me to do the same steps over and over that do not solve the problem. You cannot talk to a real live person if you have an immediate problem the only way to contact anyone is by sending an email message, then you just get a scripted reply no matter how clearly you try to state your problem. This is just unacceptable.
The app does not allow me to add a payment card. Uber admitted the bug but one month later still no fix. Can't use it. Update: was able to resolve my issue and add a new card by using Windows 10 app which does not have this bug, so I'm OK. Tried to contact Uber's customer service as per request below but ended up with an ingenious advice to add a new card to account... sigh... the bug is still there.
This is the worst cab service I have eve experienced.. The uber is a looter.. The app perform extremely wrong.. I booked the pool ride which at the time of starting the trip converted into uber go which was 5 times costlier.. And even before starting the journey the driver who kept my luggage in the trunk refused to give my luggage if I don't pay the fare which was going to display in his mobile.. I paid rs137 .00 without even sitting in the car
Three times out of the last six I got stood up by driverd in London and got charged 5 quid each time! I fear this is becoming a bit of a bad habit for drivers relying on people not to challenge the fee and get a refund (which BTW is in corn of credit and not a refund). Uber needs to act on this fast.
This stupid app has no option to complain about the delay or any other complaints about the current ride. You can not cancel also, because of delay by the driver, if you do you will be charged. Once I firstname.lastname@example.org, the driver cancelled my booking and left, I was charged for that and these didn't allow me to book next ride unless I pay for that cancellation by that driver. These guys services are not good for emergency and late night rides These people promotions are big blunders
