I've been playing this game for 3-4 hours straight and I don't like the introduction. The game tries to throw way too much information about weapons, builds, queues, missions. I'm at level 7 wondering when will the instructions stop so that I can enjoy the game. whose idea was it to build all the instructions into the 1st phase of the game. if the game has 100 features there are 99 explanations to get through before you can enjoy just game play which is the user experience I'm hoping for.

**Update** Since my original review, my opinion has changed some... There have been updates and content add ons that have several alted my opinion. The game now seems to support the free to play players better and you can progress without money now, just be prepared to have very long wait times between stat increases once you get to a certain point in the game, but you can still enjoy the game now with all the most recent updates and additions. Good luck to you all in game.

Gameplay is fun until you run across an issue, and then you are s.o.l. because you will be lucky to hear back. it takes about 2 weeks to get any reply on the Line App, sometimes longer in game as well. If there is a reply, then it's the same stall tactic by bouncing the issue to somebody new in each time, hoping to frustrate you to the point of dropping the issue. Just my opinion, but not the way you should be handling your customers, and yes, I DO pay, so I am a customer.
