Ratings and reviews

I joined the Allen test series (DLP) and have been using this app for couple of months. I love the improvement book,revision notes and flashcards section as it helps in quick 15-20 mins revision, however, for the past few days I have been facing issue with the revision notes and flashcards section. Everytime I open these two sections, I am asked to login, although I am already logged into the appand the interface only lasts for 2 secs only. Hopefully the concerned team clears this issue.

Quite satisfied and really impressed... I wanted to rate it 4.5 but unfortunately there is no option like that... Why not 5 stars? Because thou the UI is reader friendly and can easily be operated but few chapters notes are unavailable... rest the 24/7 doubt solving feature is what I like the most along with interacting with my batch class teacher for future updates or for any other requirements.

Once issue is resolved we'll delete this so the issues are 1. while viewing the learning videos there full title is not visible and also hard to number them , most vids are not in order that's why 2. they say that the exam results will be out till 48 hours but even after 3days results are never out, it's online exam and shouldn't take that long time only for results! 3. Files which were downloaded got cleared automatically from app , also we can't access them again as that notifications gone
