i have elite account. why did you hide server list within app? we can access servers after commection only! why you want to dictate users???? for one year this app never function properly. hard to change servers, connection and disconnection does not function, csn not choose servers when open app. developers update it for themselves and not for users, they have ruined it because of their every stupid update. go for other good vpn. will not recommend!
Constantly turns itself off after a few minutes. It's been doing this for several months, which is how long I have had it. None of the updates so far have fixed it.
The previous version of this app was worth 5 stars, but since the most recent update, it can't hold a connection for more than a minute. Even a paid Elite membership does not fix this problem. Previously this app would work amazingly, allowing you to access blocked content and even get very high speeds much faster than other VPNs. Something broke with the most recent app update. Now it disconnects constantly. Please bring the old version of the app that actually worked back.
What have you done? Having paid for a one-off elite membership you are now charging monthly subscriptions! Is that even legal? Please advise as to why you have changed the way your app works!
After updating to the new version, it completely ignores my current subscription which runs to Sept. Support doesn't help me, they keep sending the same message which doesn't work.
Worked well when I need to use it on public wifi, but after I turn off the VPN it seems to randomly enable itself after I turn it off. Even on LTE and my home network it enables itself without any interaction by me. It also randomly pops up over the top of other apps to show me an advertisement. So if I were watching a YouTube video with the VPN off, the VPN turns itself on and then displays an ad saying something a long the lines of "Are you a male or female? Click yes or no." Then once I back out of the app it displays another ad and the cycle repeats. Need to find a better vpn.
If experiencing connection issues:
* Android 5.0: Reboot your device. If that doesn't work, clear data for the app.
* Android 4 & earlier: Clear data for the app.
