I have used Swiggy Instamart many times, but the service has become very disappointing. Earlier, I ordered one product and received something completely different. Recently, I placed a prepaid order that got cancelled from the app, and I still haven’t received my refund. My bank confirmed that the refund was never initiated by Swiggy. I also emailed customer support but received no reply. I really hope Swiggy improves their service and resolves these issues quickly.

Unprofessional and Unethical Swiggy Instamart Swiggy Instamart is really unprofessional and pathetic service provider. They are even more unethical. Firstly they will send you the dead products and upon requesting for return or replacement they will just refused to do so. Trying to get the replacement or refund for the faulty product which never turned on but they are really doesn't care about customers. P. S. I have sent an email with the details of my issue. Kindly respond.

I ordered an earbuds on Instamart which was recieved defective, I wanted to get an exchange but was forcefully agreed for a return. I was supposed to get refund of 449rs + 12rs out of which 12 rs was refunded in some time and marked as completed, but rs 449 is not been refunded yet and it is marked complete! I have not received any money in my bank account and neither it is in process, it is marked complete. bank can't help because it's not a issue from their side, and Instamart is not helping.
