I have given one star because the updated plan is not suitable for my needs. Everyday I am out and 2 Riyal unlimited data is suitable for my 24 hr work load outside. The other special offers are useless and very expensive. It cannot cover the entire work load out door. 2 Riyal and 4 Riyal unlimited data for one to two days is very convenient for me.

Ooredoo's internet service is absolutely terrible. Our internet has not been working for the past four days, and we call every day to report the issue. They keep giving different excuses — sometimes they say it will be fixed in 30 minutes, other times they tell us to file a complaint online. The service from Ooredoo is really bad. Omantel is much better — their staff actually come and ask if there are any issues with the internet.

I love Ooredoo oman because of their special offers!! especially the weekly 500mb when you login everyday in the Ooredoo app. All Ooredoo services are awesome, including the wallet 👌 👏
