Nutrigap helps you optimize your nutritional intake based on your needs and goals. The app is developed for you who are preparing for pregnancy, are pregnant or breastfeeding, but also suitable for you who want to feel better, have constipation or want to optimize your fertility - for both men and women.

You easily log what you eat using the standard search function, image recognition and barcode reading. Nutrigap's own database is full of vitamins, minerals and other important nutrients that are often missing in other Swedish apps.

You can also link your menstrual cycle to your nutritional status, submit blood samples and get help understanding what exactly your body needs.
