The mobile id allows a reliable online authentication, an easy establishment of the electronic signature, the completion of administrative procedures and the retrieval of official documents online in a simple manner, 24 hours per day and without having to go to the administration.
The e-Houwiya application allows all Tunisians residing in Tunisia and abroad, aged 18 or over and holding a national identity card, to obtain a mobile identity and use it with ease, secure and simple way.
The mobile id is linked to the citizen's unique identifier and is based either on the telephone device or on the telephone number for receiving verification codes. The verification codes are necessary in every online access and in every electronic signature operation carried out using the citizen's certificate and signature keys.

بربي كي تعملو حاجة يا اتقنوها يا سيب عليكم. عندي جمعة ملي عملت الانترفيو و لتو كاتبين قيد المصادقة. و توا ولات المعطيات غير صحيحة. Had an interview to verify my details a week ago, yet no approval and now getting an error while logging in, it's just a rubbish app, Not Recommended!!!

bad app, there is nothing in it except simple information identity has an end date??? have to log in every time to the application, which is very annoying

The app simply does not work. After entering the app, everything is bugging, and there are no features. It is strange that now it is a year since the last update. Is the project abandoned? Nothing works.
