Sunsetting Native Mobile Apps (iOS & Android) for Dynatrace

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering a streamlined and consistent user experience, Dynatrace is retiring its native mobile applications for iOS and Android. This change aligns with our strategy to provide a unified and responsive web interface and leverage modern, flexible notification channels.

What’s Changing
The Dynatrace native mobile apps will no longer be available for download or supported after the sunset date.
We encourage users to explore the full Dynatrace platform through our web interface, which we continuously strive to enhance.
Push notifications will now be delivered through third-party integrations such as: Slack, Teams, PagerDuty, Email, ntfy, …;
Why This Change?
- Unified Experience: A single responsive web platform ensures consistent functionality across all devices.
- Flexibility: Users can choose their preferred communication tools for alerts and updates.
Recommended Actions
- Set up your preferred notification integrations via Workflows (Dynatrace SaaS) and Classic Problem Integrations (Dynatrace Managed).
- Begin using the web interface.
- Remove the native app from your devices after the sunset date.

The Dynatrace Mobile App only supports push notifications from Dynatrace Managed and Dynatrace Classic tenants with Role-based access.Tenants accessed via IAM policies are not supported and will not appear in the mobile app.
