the payment speed is way too slow, whenever I'm on local shops buying items and I make a payment from this app, it takes 5-10 minutes just for the payment interface to open and load, even though my internet is working completely fine. This is really frustrating and a huge problem because the local shops won't give you that much time between all the customers. Please consider my complaint and get rid of this problem. It'll be really appreciated.

Dear FAMAPP TEAM, I've been using fam from a very long time now and i truly believe it's the safest ever upi app for both teenagers and adults. It has got many features in the form of money transferring, money saving, bill paying, recharge, themes, shopping, famcoins, famcard, adding bank account options after 18, etc. The only problem i've is high price range of everything whether it's shopping brands, famcard or themes. So, i hope that you'll definitely do something in this regard. Thank you!

I've been using the Fam Payment App for 9 months. While the app works well for payments and managing expenses, I'm very frustrated with the support system. Whenever I have a question or issue, I'm only able to interact with an AI bot, which isn't helpful for real problems. Please add a customer care number where users can actually talk to real people—it would make a huge difference for solving issues quickly!
