Setting up the Meem account was easy, but transferring funds is a nightmare. I deposited 15,000 riyal to transfer internationally, but my attempt was denied. After 24 hours, it still won't work. The app blocks screenshots, and customer service opened a ticket saying it could take 2–3 days to resolve. Meanwhile, my money is stuck. Beware of Meem.

my money was put to "held amount" after my payment was reversed due to their error. I am asking them when are they going to put my money back to available amount but they are not answering me properly. I REGRET USING meem bank.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP. I made the mistake of installing the App and transferring money into it. Since then I am not able to pull my money out, the bank keeps on registering my complaint while doing nothing. Now I can't even log into the app. My money is still stuck.
