Ratings and reviews

Too many users want to bypass the built-in payment system to scam you. No accountability for scams. Too many items without model numbers, specifications, or even manufacture date. It's the French ghetto child of eBay and Facebook Marketplace. You're better off on BackMarket.fr but only if you want overpriced e-waste.

Easy to use app. However, there are too many dead listings that have been there for months, and people are not responding back. Listings should be allowed for x amount of days/months and then be delisted unless they want to relist it, saving time and resources.

You have to pay a transaction fee, but if something goes wrong they completely disappears. I've had several experiences with scammers and delivery issues and support staff always washed their hands. Literally any other 2nd hand app is better. Edit: I did open a dispute. Nobody answered, the dispute was marked as "resolved" and the transaction timed out despite several messages urging for a response. The buyer ended up keeping his money and my 300€ camera lens.
