Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't show location of parcel but i can see that on the website tracking only you can't use website on phone as the app takes over. My parcel cleared customs and said on way to local depot (mine is ashburton) it was still in auckland but normally this mean chch. This is the main reason to track ur parcel. Rest of the app runs fine however they need to move their function options at the bottom of the screen as it sits under the phones functional buttons making a challenge to use.

So useless. Parcels don't show, constantly logs you out. When the parcels DO show they don't even complete, even though they've been delivered. I have some showing that a tracking number has been allocated...that were delivered in July! Absolutely rubbish, especially considering how much money they charge to send anything 🙄

App keeps signing out by itself, now after 1 week it wants me to fill out all my details again. Did not think it could be worse than the web version but alas. This info is not a case of national security we just want to know where our parcels are. 2 years later it is even worse
