I've been trying to open another game on my tablet, I have internet, but says it can't connect, this seems to be happening to other people I know....please fix the problem, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 5+ times with no luck!! Update: everything has been working fine, but just a notification that you're getting rid of this game!?! Nooooooooooooo! I've been playing since the beginning, don't get rid of it, PLEASE!!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭

I have nostalgic memories i carry with me from this of the app store originals i remember playing as a kid helped me pass the time. I began anew this year in hopes of surpassing my childhood gameplay with great success i reached level 40 in 3 months the furthest i had gotten with dreams of building my empire to the top my dreams are cut short. The recent update tells us of how the game is to be discontinued in january. I am obviously disappointed heartbroken and hurt. EA wins again

Well, I've been a player for many years. Just as everyone is getting excited about the Halloween update, we get the end of the game update instead. This is extremely sad. I really wish they would just keep it around and maybe make updates for the most popular holidays. Maybe run a 30 or 60 second ad when you log in? I'm just super bummed about this.

What's new

With the future saved, it looks like Springfield can finally settle down for a nice, relaxing fall. While it'll take a few weeks for everything to go back to whatever counts as normal, we're sure that the presence of time travelers and a possibly rogue AI won't cause any problems at all. Right? Right. We're totally fine. Really looking forward to a nice, relaxing fall.
